Healthy Snacking - defeating the salt cravings

So I've been doing my best on healthy eating and losing weight since May 2012. To date, I've lost 32 pounds. I have to admit though snacking and a sweet tooth are my biggest downfalls. And my lack of motivation to work out on a daily basis, but that's a whole different story.

I wanted to share some foods that are kicking my salt cravings in the teeth.

1. Kashi Hummus Crisps

I received these free in one of my BzzAgent kits. Delicious. I'm not a huge fan of sea salt and vinegar chips. I'm pretty sure the bag I was sent was sea salt. Holy cow! I busted them out at the beginning of a ladies' game night. I'm pretty sure we tore through them in 30 seconds flat.

2. Jensen's Orchard Spinach & Artichoke Veggie Chips

Light. Not greasy. And the flavor. These are pretty much guilt-free. I don't even feel bad eating a whole serving (16 chips).

3. Dried veggies

I've started exploring our local bulk food and organic grocery store. Dehydrated green beans and carrots are better than eating a half a bag of chips. The only problem is I could probably eat a whole pound of each in one sitting. Not sure on how healthy they actually are, but I feel like it's got to be better than Lay's.
